At this point we would like to make it clear that at no point would we ever sell your personal information or pass it to a third party for the purposes of advertising. Our customer database is one of our most valuable assets, which we therefore protect with extreme care. We use the gathered information to offer you tailored content – like giving you more relevant search results and ads. This is done by segmenting our database, but also by using information collected from cookies and other technologies, to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our service. One of the products we use to do this is Google Analytics. For example, by saving your most viewed products, we will be able to have our best and most relevant offers appear to you. Or by tracking user sessions, we can see which content is most searched and should therefore be most prominent. When showing you tailored ads, we will not associate an identifier from cookies or similar technologies with sensitive categories, such as those based on race, religion, sexual orientation or health.

When you contact us, we keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing.
